The exploratory trip commenced in Singapore, focusing entirely on cultivating premier F&B partnerships for the Philippines.

Chairman Peter Suchianco met directly with Mao XueJun, Chairman of Happy Lamb Hotpot, alongside potential business partners for a strategic dinner. Hosted over a premium, interactive dining experience, the leaders explored cross-border synergies and potential business opportunities to bring the globally renowned hotpot brand to Manila.
Phase 2: Unlocking Healthcare and AI Ecosystems in Kuala Lumpur
The next day, the business trip transitioned to Kuala Lumpur, shifting focus toward deep technology and wellness infrastructure. Chairman Peter Suchianco attended the exclusive KT Cap Stars Signature Life Series 2026, a signature event uniting over 180 international tech ecosystem builders and delegations from China, Taiwan, Japan, and Europe.
During the daytime interactive showcases and nighttime networking sessions, CIVI engaged with cross-border partners to advance two key strategic pillars:
– Healthcare Integration: Exploring how advancements in biomedical tech, preventive care, and health-focused consumer platforms can be brought into Southeast Asian distribution networks.
– AI-Driven Personalization: Studying live tech simulations to see how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can optimize global retail supply chains and build hyper-personalized consumer profiles.



The Launchpad: Bringing TOS Skin Global to Manila
The intersection of these four pillars—F&B footprints, Healthcare rigor, Skincare innovation, and AI capability—finds its first active rollout in TOS Skin Global. This science-backed, clean skincare line is officially slated to be CIVI’s first brand entry into Manila.
TOS Skin Global specializes in clean, non-steroidal formulations designed specifically for sensitive skin. Leveraging the insights gained on Chairman Peter Suchianco’s trip, CIVI will introduce the brand to the Philippine market.
