The Beginning
Established in 2025, CIVI is a joint venture between Philippine entrepreneur Mr. Peter C. Suchianco and Singapore-based KT Cap Consulting Pte Ltd, combining visionary leadership with strategic capital to accelerate innovation across wellness, healthtech, and cybersecurity.

Peter C. Suchianco
With over 28 years of leadership across real estate, security, and strategic development, Mr. Peter C. Suchianco brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, project management, and government liaison work. A licensed security consultant and certified trainer, he has led ventures in AI surveillance, cybersecurity, and wellness innovation—bridging traditional industries with cutting-edge technologies.
Mr. Suchianco holds a Juris Doctor from Ateneo School of Law and an MBA from the International Business Academy of Switzerland. His distinguished career spans executive roles in both private and public sectors, including San Miguel Corporation, Cyber Bay Corporation, and the Philippine House of Representatives. He also serves as Brigadier General in the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command, where he leads legal and technical service units.

Kenny Thing
Kenny Thing is a passionate advisor and thought leader in the Insurtech and Healthtech start-up scene. Since 2018, he has exited several startups, leveraging over 20 years of experience in life insurance and wealth management.
Kenny’s career highlights include leading the growth of an UK Insurer for its bancassurance partnerships and investment platforms in Singapore, and holding key roles at other insurers and Insurtech companies in Malaysia. His expertise made him a sought-after advisor and speaker in the insurtech industry.
In 2018, Kenny became CEO of a leading commercial broker in Malaysia, driving substantial growth and innovation. His entrepreneurial spirit has transitioned him into advisory and investment roles, focusing on early-stage tech startups in insurance and healthcare.
Kenny holds a Master’s degree in Finance and has completed executive education at the Richard Ivey School of Business and INSEAD, France. His extensive experience and visionary approach now empower him to support and mentor new ventures in the insurtech and healthtech sector.
